Your core is the muscle control centre of your body. Pilates improves your strength, stability and posture heightening your awareness and allowing your body to work at it’s optimal level.
This class is very focused on teaching you good technique and control so you can apply your knowledge to your daily activity and exercise. The level is set for beginners to intermediate, however higher difficult levels are shown as options.
Therese Fossheim is a Physiotherapist and also our Pilates instructor here at PhysioLogic. Our classes are small and very friendly. We welcome all beginners.
