WHEN:  Wednesdays 5.30am-6.15am

WHERE:  Broadwater Parklands (south of Southport pools next to the Fish Shak)

COST:  $10

In this very friendly session we start with running technique drills and then go into intervals. This interval session is based on the intervals that we prescribe for people following metabolism testing, using scientific facts for best results. You do not need to have been tested to attend these sessions.

Whether you are training your body to burn fat faster or training for a marathon, all levels are very welcome. These sessions are structured in such a way that caters for every level of pace, with each person working at an intensity that suits them.

Being a friendly bunch we also meet for a well deserved coffee after each session.

Physiologic Physiotherapy Gold Coast_17Your core is the muscle control centre of your body. Pilates improves your strength, stability and posture heightening your awareness and allowing your body to work at it’s optimal level.

This class is very focused on teaching you good technique and control so you can apply your knowledge to your daily activity and exercise. The level is set for beginners to intermediate, however higher difficult levels are shown as options.

Therese Fossheim is a Physiotherapist and also our Pilates instructor here at PhysioLogic. Our classes are small and very friendly. We welcome all beginners.
